You can phone us on (03) 9077 2446, and one of our friendly dispensary team members can assist setting up your Portal account.

Account and Details Verification

Once your account and scripts have been confirmed, you will receive confirmation and details to log into your Portal Account where you can easily view scripts, repeats and orders.

Dispense

Once you have placed your order in the Portal, our pharmacists will dispense these for you.

Tracking Number

Once we have dispensed and dispatched your order, you will receive an email including your unique tracking number. All orders are shipped Express or available for pick up, or same day delivery can be arranged upon request if you contact our team.
