Astrid subverts clinical and cold perceptions of the traditional pharmacy. Nestled in the heart of Chapel Street, our dispensary brings together gentle curves and natural materials to reflect the calm and comforting sensibilities of plant-based medicines.
Our aim is to put the patient experience at the forefront by innovatively flipping the traditional pharmacy design on its head. Astrid abstracts the traditional space with an open-plan design, integrating the retail space and dispensary for greater human-to-human interaction. These elements contribute to a more tailored, cohesive experience between patient and pharmacist.
