TRIPS Campaign Giveaway – Terms and Conditions:

Eligibility:
The TRIPS Campaign Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of Australia where permitted by law, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Astrid Health, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

Entry Period:
The Giveaway begins on June 27th 2024 and ends on July 7th 2024.
Entries received outside of the Entry Period will not be considered.

How to Enter:
To enter the Giveaway, participants must complete the following steps:
Visit the TRIPS landing page at astrid.health/TRIPS
Enter a valid email address in the designated entry form and submit.
Participants may only enter once per valid email address.

Prize:
One (1) winner will receive $350 worth of accessories from Local Supply: contents of prize is determined at the discretion of Local Supply. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

Winner Selection and Notification:
The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Astrid Health from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will take place on July 7th, 2024. The winner will be notified via email within seven (7) days following the drawing. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, a new winner may be selected.

General Conditions:
Astrid Health reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Astrid Health’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by Astrid Health in its sole discretion. By entering your email address and clicking “Submit” you consent to receive promotional emails and marketing communications from Astrid Health and Local Supply. These emails may include information about products, promotions, special offers, and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the footer of any email you receive from us. Your information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability:
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Astrid Health, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Giveaway; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participant’s participation in the Giveaway or receipt of any prize.

Disputes:
Except where prohibited, participants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Victoria, Australia. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions, participant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Astrid Health in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Victoria, Australia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of Victoria, Australia or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Victoria, Australia.

Winner’s List:
To obtain a copy of the winner’s name or a copy of these Official Rules, mail your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Astrid Health, Attn; General Manager, Growth, 575 Chapel St, South Yarra VIC 3141. Requests must be received no later than August 7th 2024.
