At Astrid, we care about your medicine experience. We do not grow or produce any of these medications ourselves. 

However, we understand that many of the brands we dispense are plant derived and therefore, we may need to report or speak to the Licensed Producers directly. If you consider an item to be faulty, you must cease consumption of the item(s). In submitting a product issue, please keep in mind that the supplier and/or distributor would require for the products to be returned for assessment, prior to providing a resolution.
